Brandywine Workshop, with the aid of local and
national Friends, is engaged in a $4.5 million
capital campaign plus a $3 million endowment to fund restoration work on its historic
facade, remodel galleries and entrance, and build
a landscaped plaza with major public art.
The combined capital/endowment campaign is
planned as a five-year effort to upgrade facilities,
increase technical capacity for digital media and
artist video documentary projects and to launch
our next phase of electronic marketing. In addition,
the funds raised will enable the institution to
connect educational partnerships we have initiated
with local public schools and universities,
National Friends Chapters and affiliated galleries.
These connections will be demonstrated in
teacher-student training workshops, increased
sales and private support for artistic programming.
A number of naming opportunities for facilities
and scholarships are also available through
this combined campaign. For information, please contact Allan Edmunds at 215.546.3675.
The Brandywine Workshop will continue to be a
highly specialized center for printmaking that
attracts world-class artists, historians, educators
and collectors while serving communities locally
and nationally. |

Completion of the Private Donors’ Campaign along with other foundation, corporate and government
contributions is projected over three years.
